Senegalese striker, Mame Biram Diouf came on as substitute and impressed during Manchester United‘s 3-0 Barclays Premier League victory over Burnley today.

The striker capped his performance with a goal, his first for the Reds, since receiving clearance to play.Diouf scored the final goal of the match, one minute into injury time as he scaled an offside trap from an Anderson throughball, beat on rushing Jensen and before heading home.

This is Mame second appearance for United and the 22 year old striker would undoubtedly be pleased with his goal. He came on late in his debut match, a Premier League game against Birmingham, and had little time to make an impression.

Ferguson’s new boy signed for Manchester United in the summer from Norwegian club Molde.
